While Wall Street collapsed, immigration hit all-time highs and cash-strapped citizens flooded the economy with demand for everyday small change, making 1907 the highest mintage year in the entire series history, but few remain in this high quality.

Surface Diagnostics: The coin shows excellent preservation. The typical weak points on a 1907 (the curl of hair above the ear and the ribbon ends) are completely crisp here. The fields are remarkably clear of micro-hairlines or friction, meaning the luster is original and undisturbed.
