Collection consultation requests
The collection intake form stores the collection details and reviewed summary you choose to share, your contact information, town or city, optional postal code, meeting preferences, and permission to respond. These records are private to authorized staff. They are used to review your request, arrange or confirm a consultation, and maintain service records. Request and confirmation emails may be sent through our existing email provider. Submitting a request does not enroll you in marketing.
If you choose AI organization, only your collection descriptions and collecting goals are sent to OpenAI. Your name, email, phone number, town, postal code, and appointment preferences are excluded from that AI request. AI selects excerpts from your notes and suggests questions, and you review the summary before sending it. Leave sensitive personal details, street addresses, payment information, and private estate documents out of the notes. You can complete the request without AI. Selecting or suggesting a time does not confirm an appointment until Pops reviews it.
AI Coin Finder
The AI Coin Finder sends your shopping request, available coin-series names, and, when you choose to refine a search, your previous search choices to OpenAI to interpret what you want. Leave out personal, payment, and sensitive collection details. Requests are sent with response storage disabled. Search choices are held in your website session so you can refine them. We keep limited operational records of result identifiers, recommended coins, and service errors, without the text of your request. A protected request counter helps prevent misuse.
If you allow analytics, recommendation identifiers and coin details help measure product views, cart additions, and checkout visits. Recommendation references are kept in browser session storage for up to 24 hours and may be attached to the corresponding Shopify cart line and order so resulting purchases can be attributed to the finder. Your shopping request is not included in those references. Choosing Essential only disables this optional attribution.
Information you provide
Contact, search, appraisal, curation, vault-service, newsletter, account, and checkout interactions may include your name, email address, phone number, request details, and information you choose to share. This information is used to respond, provide the requested service, maintain records, and protect the site.
Shopping and third parties
Product and checkout features may connect to Shopify. Shopify handles its checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Human-verification features may connect to Cloudflare Turnstile, and live metal figures may be fetched server-side from Metals.Dev.
Cookies, analytics, and local storage
The site uses essential session storage for security, sign-in, forms, and the shopping cart. Your cookie choice may be stored in the browser. If you select Allow analytics, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics 4 to measure visited pages, referral sources, campaigns, and general site use. Analytics does not load when you choose Essential only. Advertising storage and ad-personalization permissions remain disabled in the site's current configuration. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer at any time.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter signup requires email confirmation. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe path. A contact or customer is not automatically subscribed to marketing.
Retention and requests
Records are retained as reasonably needed for customer service, security, operations, and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records that must be retained.
